About Hagan Coastal Outfitters

Hagan Coastal Outfitters started out very small inside Hagan Ace Hardware in Jacksonville, Florida (Mandarin).  We didn’t quite know what we were doing to start, but we just applied the same principles that we used in the hardware business, which was give customers the products they are looking for and blow them away with great customer service!

Early on… it was very hard finding vendors willing to sell to a hardware store. Costa was our only Sunglass supplier and Bote was our first big name paddle board supplier. We had Salt Life, Columbia, Reef, Cobian, and Sanuk early on too. The vendors eventually figured out that being located inside a busy hardware store was an advantage, not a liability. We started out small but over the years are grateful to have grown into 7 locations (Mandarin, Orange Park, Glen St. Mary, Green Cove Springs, St. Augustine, Yulee, and Callahan) and hopefully more coming soon! We appreciate your business!
